For categories HDR, TK and TD it is
possible to sign up for individual races even a day before the race, only up to the number of scheduled vacancies. Individual races do not add up.
Categories D/H 21 shall be broken down to subcategories according to the Czech Ranking as of June 30, 2009. D21E will have up to 30, H21E up to 40 competitors.

Results: 3 best results count into total result (similar calculation system as in the “B” ranking in Moravian region)

jana.glabaznova@gmail.com, e-mail entries accepted after you have received a reply mail as confirmation.
Payments: All payments shall be wire transferred to “Komercni banka a.s.”, account number: 86-6957020267/0100, IBAN: CZ6401000000866957020267, account name: “Pratele orientacniho behu Opava”.
Please have a confirmation of the payment ready at the registration.
Accommodation: Tent camp: July 10 (opens after 12:00) – July 12, 2009 (closes by 15:00). Following services included: mobile toilets, hook-ups to drinking and utility water, showers. Organizer does not provide for any other accomodation.
Kindergarten: Opens 30 minutes before the zero start, closes upon elapsing of the time limit of individual stages. First 1.5 hours free, each commenced halfhour at 50 Czk.
Upon filing protests downpayment of 200 Czk
Parking: At the Event Center. Parking fee 100 Czk/car (250 Czk/bus) will be collected upon the first entry to the Event Center.
Registrations: Friday July 10 from 12:00 till 15.00, from 18.00 till 22:00 hod.
Maps: Authors: Mr. Zdeněk Lenhart, Mr. Petr Mareček, as of spring 2009. All maps waterproof. Punching: Sport Ident for all categories.
Terrain: Flat, at times hilly without undergrowth, good runability, variable vegetation, dense network of communication lines. Sprint .... castle garden and adjoining meadows.
Distances: E2 (10 km from the center), other events in near vicinity of the Event Center, possible to use bikes out of road traffic.
Catering: At the Event Center buffet, vendors.

Notification: Athletes participate at their own risk. Cost-free first aid is provided only after athletes have completed their races in the finish area. Any other medical aid shall be taken care of by individual participants based on their own insurance policy.
