Dates: July 8 – 11, 2010 (Thursday – Sunday)

TK (shorter track), TL (longer track) simple tracks for beginners, it is possible to sign up for individual races even a day before the race, only up to the number of scheduled vacancies.
D10N and H10N ...... streamed tracks; HDR ....... tracks for children with accompanying parents (adults)

Note: DH21 categories shall be divided into subcategories according to the Czech Ranking as of June 30, 2010. The highest number of Czech participants in the DH21E is 50, in the DH21A is 70.
E5 – interval start.
Categories TK, TL & HDR .... individual stages do not add-up.
Regulation on time duration of individual races: According to the Sport Regulation of the Czech Association of Orienteering, (Middle = 70% of the Long)

Utilizing the “OB Hana Registration Software” or by e-mail at: gp.silesia@email.cz , entries by e-mail accepted after receiving a confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation Fees

Starting from 01.07.2010 and beyond, no returns.

Accommodation: Tent camp: July 7, 2010 (opens after 16:00) – July 11, 2010. Gymnasium + school classes limited up to 150 places. Following services included: mobile toilets, hook-ups to drinking and utility water, showers.
Parking: At the Event Center, no parking fee. Buses/Coaches park at the parking lot of the Černá Voda Municipality (ca 1 km from the Event Center).
Registrations:

Wednesday       7.7.2010 starting from 16:00 till 22:00 o’clock at the Event Center.
Thursday          8.7.2010 starting from 10:00 till 13:00 o’clock at the Event Center.

Maps:
Authors: P. Mareček, B. Háj, P. Hranička, J. Sýkora (sprint), as of spring 2010.
All maps waterproof. Keys: ISOM2000, ISSOM2007 (sprint)

Punching:
Sport Ident for all categories.
Terrain:
Rugged, hilly terrain of Scandinavian type (stones, rocks, bogs).
Distances:

E1, E2, E4 – finish within 1,500 meters, the road to start leads via finish area.
E3, E5 – at the Event Center

At the Event Center warm meals, vendors.

Notification
: Athletes participate at their own risk. Cost-free first aid is provided only after athletes have completed their races in the finish area. Any other medical aid shall be taken care of by individual participants based on their own insurance policy.
Our recommendation:
Whole region offers ideal conditions for biking, we therefore recommend mountain bikes.

At the Event Center (more info in Bulletins later)

Terrain:
forest paths, we recommend that disabled athletes are accompanied (assistance not provided)
Exceptions from Rules:
Timed controls 1 referee, controls in field without referee. Trail-O shall be held on condition that at least 12 athletes will have signed up for the competition up in advance.
Punching:
Manual Punch according to the Trail-O regulations
Number of Controls: 15 (+/- 30%, length of course ca 2 km)
Distances: Center – Start within 3 km, car use possible after organizer’s approval.
